Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On January 31, 2012, Victor Stallings identified himself with All American Web Consulting promising grant approval if I "qualified" for repairing my website from another company which had gone out of business.  According to Victor,  this grant program is similar to 'cash for clunkers' where people were paid for their old autos and this program was for people whose websites were getting a lot of hits but not getting paid.

In order to "qualify" for this program, you had to have good credit and use your credit card(s) as leverage to charge the amount they were asking, total of $13,990.  He tells me the amounts would be charged to my credit cards and within 60-90 days, I would have received a check to cover the total amount charged to my credit cards. So he asked the amounts available on my credit cards, needed me to fax a copy of my driver's license, copies of the credit cards.  Then he states that someone would be calling me with the details.

Receive a call from Douglas Patton, smooth talking guy, explaining all the details and they are going to repair my site, it has been getting lots of hits and they would repair it and he would negotiate with google in order to get paid, .35 per hit for me and .35 per hit for All American.  He also guaranteed payment in full to my credit cards within 60-90 days, since supposedly the grant was approved and my cards would be paid in full.  Another rep., Dean Liston,  I would be working on my site to repair it and get it up in going in the 60-90 days.

Dean Liston calls and and confirms that the grant is approved and I request a copy of the grant, website address, and guarantee of payment in full on my credit cards within the 60-90 days.  Below is a copy of the email from Dean Liston received on Feb. 6, 2012 stating that he would not have any information until the afternoon on Feb. 6, 2012 and confirming paying off my cards.

"We had to update our system over the  weekend so I will not have your report till this afternoon, just wanted
to touch base again and remind you we will be taking care of the charges Discover $3010, Visa 5,515, and MC 5495.  Thank you for your support."

Dean

On February 8, 2012 received a report, not the grant information I had requested, not the website information, did not received any documentation pertaining to my account as I had been requesting through email and phone.  After getting frustrated with the run around and definitely feeling I had been scammed, I called my credit cards and requested credit and stated the facts to them about the suspicious activity and they were not fulfilling their agreement about the grant approval, website information, any documentation.  Sure enough, once the credit cards took action, that certainly got their attention and I began receiving calls and emails.  Prior to disputing the charges, I did inform them of my intended action if I did not receive the requested information.  After initially ignoring their calls and emails, the email from Dean Liston below got my attention:

if the dispute is not lifted, the next step on our behalf will be legal will look to see if and what action we can take on our behalf to recoup our losses due to the fraud/tortuous interference of an agreement.  We have put up a lot of money to have your site get fixed and have purchased/paid for the services of lots of people for the repair of your site/marketing.  We did this under the agreement that you would give us the 90 days necessary and not interfere with any of the
financing involved in the project.  With that agreement there was to be charges from ultimate web services placed on the card for 90 days.
There are two options on Monday morning, either the grants will be re approved I will explain it was a misunderstanding, or this will be passed to our legal department and they will look into the matter. Interest would be covered for the 90 days by us, and payment should be received within 90-120 days.  If the dispute is lifted Monday, I will patch things up with the respected parties and we can chalk this up to a miscommunication and move forward.  If you wish to proceed with the dispute, then I will no longer be of assistance to you it will be passed to legal to recoup our losses.  I hope for your sake and ours we can avoid such a negative outcome and we can get back on track Monday morning turning this around into a success.

Sincerely,
Dean Liston

Needless to say, I caved in and lifted the disputes which was not a good idea.  Since as of this day, May 11, 2012, my credit cards have not been paid in full as stated, I have not received a call or email from anyone at All American Web to let me know what is going on.  I have called and left messages, sent emails, with no response.  As a last resort, I did send an email to Dean Liston notifying him of legal action if I did not hear from him today, May 11, 2012.   It has been 101 days without any documentation from All American Web Consulting.

They are running a scam that needs to be stopped.
