All County Towing service is totally illegal. Fort Lauderdale Florida
All County Towing tows vehicles more than 10 miles away.
They make their drivers authorize and sign their own tow tickets.
collect $124 cash when its supposed to be $100 dollars,and how they do it is if your car was towed at ten pm and you come and 10:15 pm to come and pick it up.your tow ticket will say you picked it up at 10:15 am,and that you signed the tow ticket stating that this was true.
Their tow away signs are totally illegal,and they say that they have a L.M.S.I. lot monitoring service inc. but All County hires the people themselves to sign tow tickets for their drivers.
Their is only one lot monitor service (one person)
So if the lot monitor service is only one person then how can one person be in all of broward to sign every ticket???

and it was very compelling... so I had to respond! You claim All County Towing tows vehicles more than 10 miles away. There is nothing that says they can not. You claim they make their drivers authorize and sign their own tow tickets. and You claim that they say that they have a L.M.S.I. lot monitoring service inc. and You claim All County hires the people(PLURAL) themselves to sign tow tickets for their drivers. and You claim Their is only one lot monitor service (one person) and Your question: So if the lot monitor service is only one person then how can one person be in all of broward to sign every ticket??? stop contradicting yourself!!!!! So, if All County Towing owns the lot monitoring service and they hire the lot monitors as you claim, why would their drivers need to sign their own invoices? And if All County Towing hires the lot monitors, how can you claim that there is only one person that works for the lot monitoring company in the entire county. You said they hire the lot monitorS! That is plural. The fact is, business owners and managers contract with the lot monitoring service and the towing company. The lot monitoring service checks the property and finds the violators and calls the towing company and authroizes the tows. You are free to look up who owns the towing company and who owns the lot monitoring company. I gurantee you Bob is wrong. Ya know that is a pretty good idea. I think I will look up their number and call them and tell them they should look into doing that. I suggest people read what they sign if they think they are being mislead or tricked. You claim thet their tow away signs are totally illegal. But you do not say how they are illegal. They are made to state guidelines in lettering size and being reflective. I did THINK ABOUT IT bob....
