It's our commitment to make sure every one of our customer's moves goes as smoothly as possible. In some instances, like this one, a customer may feel that their expectations were not fulfilled. We apologize for the delay in the crew's arrival to your home to start the move. It is always a good idea for the shipper to stay with a crew during a move. The crew may not be fully informed or know what to take or not to take. The shipper should always be available to answer questions for the crew etc. We strive to be judged by the quality of our moves and in those few instances, when a customer is unhappy about anything, whether right or wrong, we ask that you judge us by our willingness to always find an amicable resolution.
