All my Sons Moving & Storage of Phoenix, Inc. Damaged my wall and refused to fix it or file a claim with their insurance carrier Internet
All my Sons Moving & Storage of Phoenix damaged our retaining wall by backing into it. They not only denied damaging the wall but they also refused to file a claim with their insurance carrier. The supervisor admitted that one of the drivers backed up into a pole at Circle K that very morning. The moving company is licensed and insured but they want us to file a claim with our insurance carrier. **NOTE** anytime you file a claim with your insurance carrier, it not only stays with the property that you filed the claim on but it also follows you. If you move to another house, your rates will be higher due to the claim on a previous home. I've asked the moving company to provide me with the location, phone number and license plate of the truck so I can take photos of the truck. I also want to match the tire tracks going to the damaged wall to the tires on the truck....the supervisor has not provided me with any information. I just want my wall fixed, nothing more. These guys need to step up to the plate and do the right thing.
