All Solar Energy Inc. Failed to properly install solar water heater Lake Helen, Florida
Sold me on a new solar water heater. failed to mention financing would place a lien on my home, but I digress.
When the temps increased in the summer a pressure release valve opened and hot water escaped down a tube to a shallow basin in which the water heater rests. this promptly overflowed, flooding my garage, going through the wall and into my back porch.
I called them immediately and was told someone would be out the next day. After waiting all day and seeing no one I called back and an appt was rescheduled. No one showed up until I stopped paying the finance company, three years later.
When a couple guys finally arrived, they informed me I would be required to pay a $75 fee. I have since resolved the flooding issue myself, but I feel they owe me a wall.
