All State Financial Services All State Financial Services they don't give your balance or mail you any paperwork. They take money out of checking acct, what they want, when they want it. It's hard to find out who they are to stop them. Las Vegas, Nevada
I had some gambling debts which took a great toll on my life & family. Evicted from a very nice apartment, nearly homeless, until a step-son took me in.
Out of my income of $2,600 a month, I was paying approximately $2,000 a month towards my debt of$9,000. After 4 months I about had it paid off.
I had been letting these people take $300 out of my ck acct, but since there was so little left to pay on that acct...I wanted to find out what my balance was.
They took out money earlier than the date agreed on, which made the checks bounce, plus they might try to do it 3 or 4 times during one month. costing up to $100 a month in check fees. I finally had to put a stop payment on the money they were taking out of my acct, because I didn't have any info on them, or even what my balance on that acct was.
I tried to find out the name of the company, but their were many names listed under All State Services or Finanical service. (I don't get the actual cks from my bank & it was hard to even get the name of the Co who was taking money out.)
This month All State Adjustment Bureau took out $266, however on line it didn't give me who it was that took out the money. The bank finally did some investigating & gave me their name & phone #.
That's how I got to this point. I feel that they need to contact me & prove to me what I owe, if anything. At this point I feel like I should change my acct #, since they are just going to take out any amount they feel like.
