All Tune & Lube repair ripoff (#6279) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: saturnfan Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: Unfortunately, this looks like another lack of communication between the mechanic and customers. Spark plugs can sometimes be a problem if you use other than a certain brand. This is learned by experience. In Saturns, quite a few folks have not done well with Bosch platinums, although they're usually great. Regarding wires, many times they do need to be changed during plug replacement. If the shop had only told the customer this before doing the work, they're have been no problem. The customer could have accepted or declined the extra cost plugs and/or wires.
