Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In late June, I responded to an email from Allwebleads.com and spoke to their representative.  I asked him if online leads had gotten better, because I wasted a lot of my time disproving the online leads that were sent to me.  He assured me that every lead was verified and that I could get credit if I believed that they were not legitimate.  I started the service by getting a few leads trickling in to give it a test run.  I was able to prove that a few of these leads were not legitimate, and completed their "crediting" process.  A few weeks ago, I called the company and complained that the leads that I were getting were not "interested" or never completed a request for life insurance.  In one day, I received about 7 "leads" and I spent most of that day attempting to contact them.  As soon as they hit my email, I would attempt to call, but either received no response or was told that they never requested insurance.  I immediately filed for credits, and was told that I might be responsible for every one of those "leads" IF they could not verify over the phone with the contact that was sent to me.  In some cases, the numbers never had voice mails that would identify who they were or the telephone just rang over and over.  I have an email that says that they had a "user-friendly" return policy.  But now, I found that I was charged for a contact that could not speak English.  This is part of an email that I received before I subscribed to the service.

The most common question that I receive is what makes our leads different than the other companys leads or why do our leads convert higher?  What makes our lead quality better than other companies in the industry is that we generate our own consumer data.  Some companies will purchase consumer contact information from sweepstakes entries or sell outdated information in the form of a lead.  Thats why you can call a consumer and they will be clueless as to why youre calling them about insurance information.  This is how we do it.  When a consumer goes to Google, Yahoo, or Bing and types in that they are looking for insurance info, they are taken to one of our 500 websites.  Once there, they fill out a detailed quote request that is specific to the type of insurance they are looking for.  Before that consumer submits the request, they see that they will be contacted by an agent who can help them with their insurance needs.  That is HUGE! It sets realistic expectations, so when you contact the consumer they arent unaware, and are receptive to having that conversation.  Once they hit submit, the lead comes immediately to you, via email and/or text message.  You will often find that when you contact them for the first time, they are still sitting in front of their computer.

Now, I am stuck with over a hundred dollars of charges from people that THEY could not verify in order to credit my account.  They lied to me about their crediting policy and about the quality of their "leads".  I'm contacting the BBB next.  Do not use ALLWEBLEADS.COM!!!!
