Paid $12k for assistance with a client’s campaign in NOVEMBER of 2013. Gave this guy over 9 months to make good. Countless emails ignored and stories of family issues were all we ever heard. Was said to have sent a partial refund (a whopping $300) about a month ago, but that never showed and was sent a bogus tracking number.
The entire process was a complete waste and we NEVER go this route. Truly hate to put something permanent on the web, but this company gave us no choice. Franklin and his business are just another reason the industry we operate in is so difficult to succeed in. Scammers ruin everything!
