 I paid for a extended warranty for my Monaco motor home through Temecula RV in Temecula, Ca.  The extended warranty was recommended by the company and was Allegiance Administrators CSI care.  The company did pay repairs under their warranty but when it came to selling my motor home and cancelling the warranty I had major honesty problems in conversing with Allegiance CSI care.  It seems that the Vice President who answers the questions for the company would not release any information to me about the procedure to get a refund.  Her continuous response was to contact Temecula RV.  I did converse with the owner of Temecula RV and he advised me that he has to receive the funds from Allegiance Administrators to then release funds to me.  The Allegiance Administrators are rude and uncooporative and I would strongly recommend not using their warranty.  I am still attempting to get a 2000k refund from the company after 4 months.  Please contact me with questions if needed.

 Allegiance Administrators CSI Vice President would not provide her name to me after questioning her why I had not received my refund for a cancelled motorhome warranty contract.  After numerous questions to where the trail of return funds was going she repeatedly referred me to Temecula RV to talk with them about my funds due.  I had already conversed with Temecula RV and they related that Warranty companies will not discuss funds due to their "inflated" cost they ask originally for the warranty.  I was told that Allegance has a reputation for holding return funds until the last required date.  I was also advised that Allegiance needs to send 85% of the funds to Temecula RV and Temecula RV forwards the remaining funds to the customer.  After further investigation by Temecula RV it was found that Allegiance stated they never received notification from Temecula RV even though I was notified they did at the beginning of my inquiry into my funds by the Vice President.

Temecula RV forwarded the documentation of the response from Allegiance that funds will be sent to them by mid December 2014 as so stated by Alleginace.  Incompetance is my only word for this company and hopefully it will be resolved soon.  The customer has not been valued by this company and I would strongly recommend finding another warranty company.
