I hope you continue to tell EVERYONE you meet NOT to use Allegaint!
I made reservations on line and less than 15 minutes later found out that I couldn't go at that time(purchase was over 4 weeks in advance) I called and at first was told would get refund, then I was put on hold, then he changed to no refund, only credit on future flight. I argued to get my money back and finally asked for a supervisor. I was told "We don't have any" This guy was on his own, working out of his house! I gave up and agreed to a credit and asked for a conformation number and was told "just use the one you have' Again I protested and was told not to worry.
you guessed it, today we tried to re-book and were told "We never cancelled" again, no super but I could write to the company and someone "MAY" contact me(her words"
she couldn't even give me an address to write to..
STAY AWAY FROM ALLEGAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
