This company promised to pay residual, but after being there over a year and a half they suddenly decided that they would not pay it to me. They owe me over 10k. They also do not hire legal insurance agents to sale their products. In the office I worked in the manager had over 15 unlicensed agents selling Medicare Supplements under him and the owners name. These unlicensed agents were taking credit card information and signing documents as if they were the clients. They claim to be a brokerage, but will try only to sale Mutual of Omaha. This company also signs insurance documents as if they were the client signing themselves. They call it a"Voice Signature". This company is fraudulent and the most missed managed company I have ever seen. I would never ever work for them again or buy a supplement from them. I quit because how dishonest a company they are. I worked for the University of Phoenix and not even they would do what this company does to scam clients.

This was written by a W2 employee who agreed to forego all renewal commissions for an increase in hourly wage.
He was a licensed, good employee. He began working another busienss on the side...and we paid him for months giving him opportunities to increase his sales, to no avail. We had to let him go due to performance. He never quit.
To our surprise, he immediately posted this on ripoffreport. His area manager visited with him and had an open and frank discussion. He admitted it was a mistake and should not have done so and that he wrote this in haste. Nothing in his statements regarding fraud or misrepresentation are accurate. We have never had more than 6 agents at one time. The office we had could never even handle 15 agents. The agents are licensed and we sell mutliple carriers (over 12). We carefully work with our clients and make sure that every aspect of thier insurance needs are met.
We have over 8,000 clients on record and we have received ZERO complaints or problems with customers, state DOI's, CMS or the insurance carriers. We maintain a strong customer service and retention team. We proundly carry an A+ rating with BBB. If we were a fraudulent company doing all these things, we would have been out of business a long time ago. Medicare is highly regulated.
This agent has been given fair warning to cease and desist all pracatices of libel, slander and demanation and has ageed to do such. We have not had any further issues with him since the time of this post.
