Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My daughter, a Wounded Warrior, hired this horrible company to move her from Nebraska back to Texas (home).  Julian was her rep. but after the trouble started, he slithered away like a snake and we never heard from him again.

Julian gave her a contract price for $1943.02 for a small one bedroom apartment.  Once they had her things loaded on a Budget Rental truck, in Home Depot packing boxes, the driver Nick came back with a "new" contract for $3329.00...what !!??

I started calling and calling to no avail that day.  That following Monday I began calling again and finally got Sherry, who is useless.  She said she'd find out what was going on and call back.  No call back from her ever.

I called back and got Brad this time and I asked for Sherry, he said she'd had stepped out of the office.  I told him she was suppose to call me back and it had been over an hour.  Soooo, I explained what's going on to Brad.

He, too, said he'd call back, well no he didn't and now we're into the weekend.  No one answers on the weekends, just voice mail.

Needless to say I had to wait until the next Monday to start calling.  Got Brad again and he said they were working on a "discount" for my daughter.  I said you don't understand, we're not paying anymore than the original contract states.

Well, after calling everyday, Brad still didn't have an answer, just excuses (lies really) when I actually got a hold of him.  So I told him of he dirt I had found on his company and that I would use it to file complaints.  He said, "I'll give you $400.00 off if you'll send me an email stating that you won't fiile any complaints with any agencies".

I said, "Are you trying to bribe me"?  No answer.  I then told him, you just get her things here and I'll do what I have to.  About 10 minutes later the owner, Alicia Glenn, called me and we went around for 37 minutes arguing about the situation.

During the "conversation" she threatened me by stating that if I filed any complaints against her company, she'd see me in court.  I said, fine I'll see you there with my book of evidence.  She actually thinks she can use scare tactics and bullying people to get her way....pooh !!!

In the meantime, I had done much digging on the internet and found a lot of dirt on company.  They've had several names, Alliance Van Lines and Northern Van Lines to name a couple.

I also found that they were not BBB accredited, as Julian had stated and they at that time had 3 registered complaints with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administation.

As of today (5-22-13) the complaints have climbed to 17 !!!  That should say it all right there.

But you can also go to other sites where you can find negative reviews on them, but be careful looking at the "positive" reviews...most are fake.  Take a close look and you'll see key words, key phrases and the same grammatical errors.  The state and federal agencies have the true information.

So, I did file my complaints...I've filed with the BBB, Attorney General's in 3 states, the Federal Motor Carrier Administration, the Dept. of Transportation and the Texas Dept. of Motor Vehicles.

My daughter was packed and loaded on 3-1-13 and they delivered on 3-23-13 with the Houston Police right by our side.  We paid the initial contract, but most people are this lucky.

If you need help in filing you complaint against Allegiant, please email me and I will be glad to direct you.  I've gotten pretty knowledgable on this whole process and continue to find more dirt and connetions.

Please do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars with a good company that has reviews listed the the Federal Motor Carrrier Administration (fmcsa.dot.gov).  The few bucks you save, isn't worth going through all of this and wondering if you're even going to get your things back and in one piece.
