I placed an order on 06 September 2009, the discription is given below:-

Description : 5x ca (1 x 9.95)
Total : US $9.95 Payment Method : MasterCard.
It has been more than 25 days and still waiting for my order. The payment has been taken from my account but still nothing. I tried calling the contact number in the confirmation e-mail but no answer. there is no other information in the confirmation e-mail (litterly nothing) just billing information, Shipping information, Genral inforamtion and Order information(stated above).
So i do not know if it is just horrible customer service or rip off. As the money is not big amount so not so worried. But still worth letting everyone know so you guys can avoid any disappointments.

I haven't recieved my order but atlast hear something from the seller and this is what he has to write, and the level of his so called excellent customer service.
"YOU PIECE OF F*CKING SH*T.
You mother f*cker ordered the sh*t on the 6th and wrote a Rip Off report on the 30th, after just two weeks,(somebaody need to teach him maths) you f*cking a**hole?? Do you realize that you weren't charged a penny for shipping and that it's being shipped from 10,000 kilometers away??!?! How about a little patience?? And how about if you don't have the patience, pay for Express Shipping you c*cksucker??
YOU NEVER, NOT ONCE EMAILED ME OR CALLED ME ABOUT THIS! (haaa) If you had, I would have emailed you or called you back right away as I do with all my clients. I offer the best customer service in the industry (joke of the day) and the highest quality extracts (can't judge as haven't recieved them so far) and I don't need some low life piece of sh*t like you talking trash and lies about me on the Internet. (wake up dude)

This person NEVER contacted me, not by email, not by phone! If he had, I would have gladly taken care of him. He's ordering from 10,000 kilometers away and he's expecting his order to arrive overnight apparently and all this without paying a penny for shipping. When you don't pay for shipping, and rely on standard mail, delays like those are possible, when ordering from that far. If you don't have the patience to wait, pay extra for Global Express mail and you won't have to wait or even better order from a local store. There are hundreds of places you can order Salvia from in the UK, you don't need to be ordering it from thousands of miles away.
