This company has a routine all its own.
I have spoken to no less than 6 customer service representatives over the last 3 to 4 weeks and each time they promise to credit my credit card return and they have yet to do so.
The product is a twin inflatable air cushion that is clearly defective. It is impossible to inflate because of plugging cap is under sized for the hole and will not retain the air. You don't have to attempt to inflate this product to determine this, it is clearly determined at the initial sight.
The excuses are the same each time I call. They must check with their supervisor and will call back,,,,they will get authorization from the ware house and call back.,,,they will send a return label...it is decided the amount of 24.10 is to small to return the product and my account will be credited in 3 to 5 business days and on and on and on with no resolution.
This company is clearly a company that stonewalls its customers until they wear you out and stop contacting them.
The web buying power should be made aware of this company and refuse to do business with them until they feel it in their bottom line.
