I bought a car from then Allen Samuels Chevrolet in Waco in Nov 2014. I was a young first time car buyer eager to finally have her first car and proud that i was doing it on my own and for my then one year old son and i. This car will be two years next month and already it has been to dealership nearly half a dozen times. The car is a 2013 Hyundai Accent so it should be farely new yet I have had several issues with it from jump. Within the first three months my battery died when i contacted allen samuels about it because I had received an oil change from them just a week  before they stated that it happens. I informed them that batteries usually last longer than that, i just got the car so how can the battery die so fast. He stated that even though the battery was fine last week it could just die randomly. Despite my frustration my car was towed by my insurane to hyundai where I had to pay just to get a new battery.  After that I began having issues with acceleration and my battery began making noises. I contacted them about it and even had it looked at and yet again told it was ok they found nothing.

I later went back to them for an oil change months later and on the way home to houston my car began making noises. It was nearly 7 o clock and because my son was with me i stopped at walmart to see if theyc ould help me. They couldnt. I finally found a small dealership in bryan that was still open in which they told me the sounds was something under my car that helps protect adn cover the engine. it had been broken and the noise i was hearing was it dragging. I called hyundai by my home in pearland and made an appt. I went to them early the next morning in which they informed me they would have to tear part of it off to stop the dragging. I found it odd that my car had just left teh dealership and the very area where they were working suddenly ahd an issue.

I called the dealership several time and left several voicemails for the sales managers and non of them returned my call. i finally drove up to the service department and they told me they would call their managefr. their manager basically covered his a*s and made up lies about how they couldn't have touched it ebcause that was not where they were working. Now fast forward to the last few weeks. My car check engine light ahs come on a few times then gone off. both times i had it looked at and was told my knock sensor needs replacing. I then took it to hyundai by my job who took a look and stated that was i aware my car had been in an accident. I stated no they did not tell me despite me asking. he stated yes the car had been in one ironically a year after i bought it and the same year the car is. Which is no coincidence to me. He stated that alot of things in my car were actually messed up and much of which was left over damange from the accident.

I have already started the necessary steps to sue this dealership and make sure that I get back Every dime they charged me for this car. I was even told by a Hyundai Rep spring 2016 that i was charged way too much for teh car nearly 4,000 more than the car was actually worth, if that. SO TRUST ME WHEN I SAY they are going down. I have spoken to several people in waco and seen several complaints about this dealership they will no longer be sellign cars if i have anything to say about it
