Complaint Review: ALLEN William BONK - Nationwide

I had dealings with Allen William Bonk as well (read other complaints on Rip off Report) about him.  Allen Bonk had claimed to be the Vice President of Franchise Sales & Marketing for Aegis Investment MNGT Inc.(comany  located in Vancouver Canada). Stating it's primary focus was the franchising of "Link's Golf Cafe Brand". Which was a Golf themed Cafe with Simulators, in which Allen kept stating it was poised for explosive growth. 

I met up with Allen (which was formerly my friend) ??? Allen persuaded me to sign a business contract to purchase One Unit, at a cost of $28,700.00 of the "Link's golf Cafe". Allen had made up an agreement that if I purchased the one unit of  "Link's Golf Cafe", and if I was not Happy with it financially,  he would Personally pay me back IN FULL, the whole amount I invested in this company. I specifically told Allen, that I can not afford to purchase this company and I will only sign and purchase this one Unit , knowing there is a persoal agreement between Allen and myself that he would pay me back in Full if I was not happy with the investment and it was to be paid back within One Year of purchase.  

Within a month after I paid for my Unit worth $28, 700 and signing the agreement, there was news that all the Team working with Allen Bonk including himself, left the company stating they quit.  When I questioned Allen why is everyone leaving the company that he kept promoting, as a Growing company worth investing in , yet everyone is leaving it?  He answered  that he didn't like the way the company was run and that he is now a President/CEO for another company. I realized then that Allen had lied to me about the company and that I demanded my Full Investment back as he promised to pay me. Allen then said that he didn't have the money but will pay me in Full. 

A month went by and I only received $500.00 from Allen. Then a few hundred here and there until he said he doesn't have any money and can't even afford to eat or pay rent. He was then living in a lucrative Apartment in Vancouver. 

I didn't believe Allen because he was travelling alll over Canada/USA promoting another company he was running , while claiming his company, "Plays with Integrity"! (Yah Right?!!) ....... Later opening and closing others such as "Get it together", Quantum Business Golf, Back Nine and now I believe he is working Strategic Alliance Summit promoting that they are entrepreneurs! 

I had hired a Lawyer demanding that Allen pay me what he promised to pay me in full. Allen kept making excuses that he has no money and only paid me the total of $2,400.00 to date, this was over 3 years ago and has not paid me nor attempted to pay me the rest of what he promised to pay me in Full. He is still promoting other companies and after how he lied to me and put me in debt through this experience with him , he has proven he is not an Honest business man!  I worry for anybody that deals with Allen William Bonk in a business manner. In my Opinion he is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. 

At the time that I was asking for my money back? Allen had told me that he had 2 other people that re mortgaged their home twice to buy the Units that he convinced to purchase. They too have lost ALL of their money.

I had delt with the British Columbian Securities Commission as well, that have all my information documented as they too were investigating in Allen Bonk.

Finally I ask you, "What kind of Person would have their friend invest in something, take their money. while promise to pay them all of thier investment money back and they don't!
