Buyer beware!  Alli Worldwide Shipping and Direct Boat Shipping are one and the same.  Online scam companies to defraud boat and yacht owners of their money.

-Neither online entity is licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission to provide shipping services.  Which means they are operating in an illegal capacity by U.S. Federal Laws.  This means they are not authorized to provide quotes, send out contracts nor certainly to receive monies for services they cannot by law perform.  An FMC license is difficult to obtain and requires high value Bonds and Insurance to protect consumers.   Would anyone in their right mind go to a Doctor if they knew that Doctor was a fraud, had never gone to medical school and was not licensed to practice?  A boat owner dealing with an unauthorized/unlicensed shipper is putting their hard earned money and asset at risk in the same way.  Buyer beware, Alli Wolrdwide Shipping and Direct Boat Shipping are not FMC licensed.

-Alli World Wide however does claim that they are partners with a licensed entity.  Do not buy into this fraud either.  Example if you one wanted to practice as a CPA on the merit of a friend's or partners license they still could not be law do so.  Don't fall for that explanation it is just another falsehood.

-Alli World Wide is a sham entity who uses a UPS store address on a rural road as their physical location.  To unsuspecting, especially foreigners who do not know U.S. addresses can fall for this all day.  Would anyone in their right mind send thousands of dollars to a company who operates from an unknown location with no real office?  Look up the address on google earth it's a UPS store.  Direct Boat Shipping does not list an address at all, just as bad, simply an online entity.  Yet people will believe anything???

-Alli World Wide lists 3 locations beside their UPS store physical address in 3 different states with the same telephone area code which corresponds to neither of the 3 States listed.  Buyer beware!

-Both these entities claim they save 10% to 30% more for boat owners on their shipping.  A sucker is born every minute, don't be one.  People of course want to save money and get a good/fair deal.  But there is a price to doing business and unrealistic prices means you can't have performance for executable real shipping to take place.  What these entities are doing is low balling undercutting standard market rates then taking a deposit on your money.  Provide no service as they are not authorized to do so and even worse even if they were the money is too low to actually service your transport.  If it sounds too good to be true it probably is but just because a person sends you a quote online to your email does not make it viable or legitimate if its not.

-But rest assured these entities will still attempt to convince they are legit by telling you that they get super discounted rates from Shipping lines with empty space all the time and pass it along to you as they work with the top 2 or 3 shipping lines in the world.  Just not True.  The top shipping lines have what are called tarriff rates, it's a regulated industry.  Also think it through, if they were that empty all the time needing scammers like this to fill their space at super discounts they would not be the top 2 or 3 lines in the world anymore would they?  Shipping lines like Airlines simply cut back on ship/planes and routes if there is not enough cargo to go at a given time, frequency of voyages are scaled back to go at full capacities.  Otherwise they would lose to much money and go out of business.  Only the unsuspecting public would buy that line.  Buyer beware.

-Finaly, if you fall for scams these entities sell this is what you can expect.

1. You will receive a quote then a contract to sigh up for their illegal non-existant service at a price lower than anyone else would be able to quote and will be only required to provide a 35% deposit down to lock into the rate.

2. As a famous general-Julius Caesar- once said, "Nearly always people believe that which they hope to be true".  So if you fall into the trap of dealing with these entities at all you will be sold a bill of goods that sounds like the best deal you have ever seen.  Don't fall into the trap.  Take warning, you may hope that it's true but if it looks to good to be true then you can rest assured you are about to be taken.

3. What you can expect if you fall for it, you will think you are getting a great deal.  You will think that this is the lowest price for real service.  You may even send the 35% deposit.  So if you have a $30,000 quote you send $10,500 on deposit to companies with no license, no true physical location and then you will realize too late that there is no service.  You will get the run around and at best be asked later to send more money because low and behold the rates went up suddenly from the one you were duped into believing was real - worse yet you lose your deposit.  So that great deal you thought you were getting just cost you thousands of dollars padding a scammers pockets.  How does that decision look now?

If you are targeted from these companies run fast and get away.  Deal with legitimate companies only.  If a company is FMC - Federal Maritime Commission Licensed then you can feel more confident you will be in good hands.  If not....Buyer Beware!

Alli World Wide Shipping and Direct Boat Shipping are both in affiliation with each other and ready to scam and defraud you of your money.  Stay Away.

Ocean Trade Lines will go to any extreme to destroy any viable competitor offering good rates. They will offer rates, collect the customers money and never ship. We have many customers that contracted with us and received the low rates that this report is saying was impossible to offer. I am listing many customers below which you may contact to confirm that they received services from us at the rate that we offered in our contract. All shipments were not perfect, and there were some problems at times, but they were resolved and the customer received the rate that was contracted . Some are well known in the industry. We are a foreign NVOCC working with a US based licensed NVOCC to ship cargo,  and Direct Boat Shipping is a  different company that only supplies leads to providers of ocean transport.

Below are a few customers who have received our low rates and shipments.

MARQUIS YACHTS, Wisconsin
Abraham Chalhoubs, Australia
Alistair Stephenson, New Zealand
CoCo Ke, Shanghai
Richard Maslin, Australia
Shin Jung Chei, South Korea
Eric Fletcher, Lobito Angola

Peter Tesortiero, Australia & Mick Crawley, US
Ruslan Perley, Marshall Islands

These are a sample of customers who have received our low contracted rates.
