For all of you that have been ripped off - AAA has shut its doors. Mr. Hicks first terminated all of those honest employee who stood in his way (and did all of the work) and then all of those employees who drank his "Cool Aid", and believe that AAA would survive. If any of you have talked with Debbie Whitfield, the "new" accountant there, you have heard the story: "We are going to pay everyone, just be patient with us." One of the individuals owed $12K has that speech on tape. The phone has been disconnected - non-payment and he has not paid any of his vendors, employees or field personnel. In talking with those who have inside knowledge, Mr. Hicks has taken whatever funds were left over for his own personal use. On the day he closed the business, he sat in front of three single parents, who hand not been paid for almost three weeks, and told them that he had to take care of #1 first! Then he sold all of the stuff in the office so he could move to California. He has also put his house on the market. Look Up Canton, Georgia, 30114, subdivision - Falls of Cherokee, asking price $600K+, 8 bedrooms, etc. Nice house and pictures, and play sets - all bought with with your money - your "sweat equity" as Marvin calls it. He is laughing all the way to the bank (Security Bank - Canton, or Woodstock Ga. branch - thanks for that information Debbie)!

I am writing a book on Mr. Hicks and others that he has worked for or with. It is a trail of broken hearts, dreams and deceptions of the worst kind. HE FOOLED EVERYONE - EVEN THOSE WITH 100% MORE EDUCATION THAN HE WILL EVER HAVE. From experience: KEEP YOUR FOCUS ON MR. HICKS. He blames every one else, but himself. He can run, but he cannot hide. Use every LEGAL means at your disposal to find him. NEVER RESORT TO VIOLENCE - it reduces you to his level and Mr. Hicks has young children that are totally innocent. Mr. Hicks needs to be in jail to do the time for the crimes - to this day he has never admitted that he has done anything wrong - I know, I talked with him before he slammed the phone down on me. He is not the "devil", he is simply a thief, liar, cheat and all purpose deadbeat. From my interviews with ex-employees, the "new" Mrs. Hicks is the decision maker. For those of you in California - He is coming your way. If you run across his "new" business, turn him over to the authorities. Mr. Hicks is on probation from Colorado, you can see all of the details is you look it up and you can do so for free. Any arrest and he will be on his way back there to serve his sentence. There is a high probability that he will be arrested before he has a chance to flee Georgia - bad checks to the tune of almost $100K. I have talked with at least thee people who are in foreclosure because they trusted Mr. Hicks. That is not including three former employees who are in the same situation. Even his own family can't stand him. Yet Mr. Hicks goes his merry way, but justice is rapidly gaining on him and he has to live with fear of that justice 24 hours a day. Keep up the pressure - keep writing, calling, etc. and look for his next appearance in California.
