I must simply echo the reviews of other people who have written here regarding the business practices of Alliance Moving Services. Lies are the norm. Please find another company to use. Their BBB rating is deceptively high. Do your homework. Anything said to you on the phone, unless you have it recorded, is absolutely meaningless. They get you to sign so many papers that you really don't know what to believe. Very sad company to deal with. Don't do it. Beware.
