Alliance of Milwaukee LLC Do not rent to Richard A.Weller and Alliance of Milwaukee LLC River Hills Wisconsin
The owner Richard A.Weller,Craig Z,and Alliance of Milwaukee LLC is dirty and full of crap,I'm not renting to them no more.They are bad for business.I lived at 2922 West Wells Street in Apt 204 from 2009 to 2011.Richard A.Weller does not do no building repairs,He does not take care of bugs,roaches,waterbugs,and mice in that apartment building.The kitchen ceiling leaks when it rains.They don't fix things when you live in the building,They come fix things when you move out.Tenants are moving out of the building because of bedbugs.Richard A.Weller is irresponsible,He dogs tenants out.Do not move into that apartment building,That apartment building is poisoned,bad for the enviroment and the living conditions are bad and worse.
