The FDCPA approach to handeling this matter is to obtain an address of the Alliance One that is calling you and send a cease and decist letter including the number they are calling you from. Or you can go about it by Calling them with a "blocked number" so they can't pull up the account in which it's listed. Have the operator transfer you to one of the department managers. Then have them look up the account with phone number in question and have them remove it. 99% of the time it should not be a problem. Just explain the situation as calmly as possible.
