I am appealing the original denial of this claim as the reason for the cancellation was beyond my control. I purchased the ticket to go to an interview in Cleveland, Ohio the company was going to interview with cancelled the interview due to a conflict in their scheduling and they were not sure when they would be rescheduling therefore I could NOT change the date to another. I feel that since my cancellation was beyond my control this should be refunded to me. Your policy should cover things that happen beyond the persons control. At this point I am inclined to never do business with any of your companies again as I do not feel you company cares about their customers.
