Allied Interstate How do you sue them for $5 million Columbus Ohio
I have been getting 50 calls from Allied Interstate without them leaving any messagess. I had to get a tracer on my phone because these would come 2-3 times a day sometimes and it was annoying.
I even checked my credit report like a few of you suggested, but my credit is fine. Samuel from Allied Interstate threaten to ruin my credit on an account that was never mine. I pay my bills on time, therefore this is a shock to me that companies can makeup debts to make money. I want to sue them like Bob and Curtis suggested because I have good credit and will not stand for this type of crap. If you have any suggestions on how to sue please post them here.
I have called Jack Klein to let them know about their FDCPA violations and he assured that all calls will stop, but I wll get them where it hurts.

I heard I could sue in small claims court

I know that Allied interstate makes up bogus debts, but I do not want to take off work to sue them in federal court. I heard from a few people that I could sue in small claims for $10k or less and the company usually will pay the judgement because most of these collection oufits have been sued many times before. Has anyone sued a party in small claims court before? If so, please post here. I just want them out of my life soon because I pay my bills on time.
