The absolute worst managment company EVER!!!
The complex I live in was sold and Allison Shelton us now the new property managers.
It now COSTS me to pay my rent on line, new maintenence people that know NOTHING the only time I see them is in the rental office, they changed towing companies did not inform residents as a result I was unable to get a vehicle towed that was in my assigned parking (towing company told me when I called that as of two weeks prior they no longer tow for my complex), there is a leak in the spa and when the water level is low it makes an aweful noise, as I live nearby and after numerous calls to the office I go and fill up the spa as of Dec 1, 2013 I have called the office and then after NO RESPONSE I have filled up the spa myseld a total of 79 times (I have kept a record), I called the office to make a noise complaint a unit next to mine had their music/bass so loud that my windows were vibrating and was asked was I sure which unit has the music too loud like I havent already done that, I have not seen anyone check the pool PH since they took over managemengt and summer of 2013 the pool was green cloudy unswimable and drained twice never happend the two summers prior.
I did call the managment office and left a message/complaint they did no return my call, the office did (it was spa) however, nothing was done about the spa.
The interesting thing is that the maintenence office is next to the pool so at least TWICE a day they pass the pool and spa a do not note the low levels.
What ever you do DO NOT OCCUPY a dwelling that they manage!
