Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I sent this crook $130.00 for a bunch of microwave parts. He cashed the money order and didn't send the box of parts. I guess this crook has got his scam down good because I was always to get a hold of him by phone and email and now he won't return any emails or phone calls.

I have read other reports on this wonderful website stating the same. I guess my next step would be to contact some type of law enforcement agency about criminal charges.

I do apologize for any orders which slipped through the cracks, but refund request procedures are posted at the Web site. Due to personal difficulties, I no longer offer parts and accessories for sale.

We are unclear on when the purchase was made and how long you have waited. Did you receive the wrong parts or none at all? What was your payment method? This all has a bearing on the nature and process of your entitled refund. I've been to the site. It's a cluttered mess, with crappy photos. I would be leary about purchasing anything there. They admit to having crappy photos, and warn consumers not to order by photo, but by specified parts. It also states that there are some brand and item spelling variations. This is why I was wondering if you did get parts, but incorrect ones. Here is another address for them: Allmyparts.com 7731 E. Foxhill Drive Camby, IN, 46113 Their phone number is consistent in most records. The owner as you might have determined from reading the other Reports is: Mr. William E. Miller. I noticed an email was added to your Report. My original print out doesn't have this one, but I will mention it, just to be thorough: [email protected] Their technical contact is different. This could still be of use, as another avenue for communication. You can contact them to verify the site is functioning properly, and the owner really is receiving your emails. Emails don't always bounce back, when they go through. In addition, if you go through the tech department, phone and email, make sure they know you are verifying contact details. This verification is for who you serve your papers to when you sue them. Technical Contact: Namesecure Inc. Phone: 1-703-925-6988 Email: [email protected] This information comes from sources other than Network Solutions. I have not tried this information. Have to say it for the record. This website started on March 30, 1997. They barely have anyone accessing their site. If I were them, I wouldn't even post a "Hit Counter", because the numbers are miniscule, when you consider they've been around for a long time. They have a bad reputation with the onlineBBB. Usually when this is the case, the business has to be pretty bad. The BBB is very lax where it comes to setting standards. If you want to reveiw, update or add to that BBB Report access: http://www.indybbb.org/commonreport.html?comid=17000896 In case you have problems accessing that site, I just wanted to add BBB "Additional File Information--The Bureau has requested basic information from this company. The Bureau has not received a responcse.Without this the Bureau may not have current information concerning such things as the company's management or nature of its business." You obviously need to confront him, and insist on receiving parts or a refund. I would recommend a written certified-signature required letter. This way you have proof of Mr. Miller's neglect. Give him a time limit for the refund or parts ordered. Make it clear that automated messages do not count. The only reply defined is a refund or product, with no room for discussion. Make it very clear, that with no acknowledgement from him, at this point, his neglect is a precursor to THEFT!!! Add a list of CC's (correspondance copies) to the bottom of the letter addressed to: [email protected], www.indybbb.org, an Attorney friend, The United States Federal Trade Commission-www.ftc.gov, your State Attorney General Mr. Richard P. Ieyoub*, and a Chief or Sergeant at your local police department, who works in the community relations division. This could be a sign of neglect, and the reason for the site being so small, with little or no customers. Make sure he is aware that you know the site is unpopular, by the "hit count" display; and apparently, the way he treats customers is why. Well, hope you get your refund. *Louisiana Attorney General Mr. Richard P. Ieyoub Department of Justice P.O. Box 94095 Baton Rouge, LA, 70804-4095 Phone: 1-225-342-7013 At this point, it may not be necessary to talk to your Attorney General. He should give you that refund or the correct parts.
