There is no way this person is writing about the same company. Not unless since I used them they have gone completly bad. I have had them print at least 60,000 flyers for me. Both while I did my production in Atlanta and then in Chicago one year apart. I have recommended them to a lot of business, and I am glad that I found they are still in business and have expanded to Atlanta. Actually I recall even suggesting to them that they open up in Atlanta.
I reacall my first order was a little shakey, did not get it when I should, and felt discouraged, but after the problem was fixed. I went on to order 5k at a time flyers. I say 60k, if I was really to do the math I probably order twice that amount from them.
People should not just disgrace a company for one experience, anything could have happened. You are in business, you know how things can go sometimes.
I will be sending some orders tomorrow, and will continue ordering and recommending this company, hopefully eventually al lthe good we have to say, will outweigh the bad from one person, which should be deleted.

I have been a customer of allprocolor.com for some time now. Originally they had a different website and name. Then they upgraded their site. However, I've been dealing with the same people.
I've never had a problem as this person has described. They have always went above and beyond. Now, I've also always dealt with the same customer rep Kamal Norton. He's gone above and beyond what's expected. He's helped me with last minute orders, rush orders even if that meant me going to Cargo to pick up.
Their prices have always been reasonable and work output quality a plus. I've been using them since 2007. Our clients which include a magazine company have always been happy with their promotional items. Never a complaint. Once we had to resend a file, but it didn't cause a delay.
We will continue using them until things turn out otherwise. All companies have a glitch, even the most reputable including networks. Sorry the original report consumer had a bad experience. However, I would not call these people scammers. I've used my credit card and debit card and I've never had a problem.

I have used this company for 2 years with over 50 orders, and not one late order or misprint. I am sorry for your bad experience, but I am a happy customer.

I have used AllProColor.com for the last three years and have never had a problem with my printing. The weekly specials are great, shipping is timely and the prices are great! My clients have commented on the quality of our postcards and mailers. I highly recomend this company.
