Dillon Myrick owner of All South Appliance Repair came to my home on September 20, 2014 to look at a leaking refrigerator. He said I needed a defrost system kit which was paid for that day by check (in the amount of $357.00) as there was a discount for cash rather than credit--probably because you can dispute a bogus credit charge.
It took several weeks to get the part in and made numerous phones calls and sent emails for status of order.
When the part was available and someone other than Dillon came to install it I was told I did not need the defrost kit--it was just clogged. When I asked about a refund I was told to contact Dillon which I tried to do numerous times. He never returned my phone calls or emails--a registered letter was returned saying undeliverable by address given--even though the Secretary of State’s website had the same address.
As of 2/2/15 Dillon Myrick is listed as the registered agent for Allsouth Appliance Repair, LLC with the given address of 1515 Parker Rd., Jasper, Georgia 30143. My return to sender notice is dated 12/19/14--apparently he is giving false information to the Secretary of State when registering his LLC.
I would like to make everyone aware NOT to touch this company owned by Dillon Myrick. I believe Dillon is an expert liar. Do not fall for his good nature. He does not, but he is very good at taking your money.
