Unfortunately, I only live two small blocks from the Tucson office of Allstate Imaging, just south of Tucson Blvd and Broadway. I noticed one of the Italian employees standing outside as I was passing by - not the one arrested for cocaine trafficking, one of the colorful, not-to-sadistic variety.
"Hey, weren't you the employee that spent his entire paycheck on cocaine?"
"I was one of three (employees to spend their entire weekly paycheck purchasing cocaine)," he immediately corrected me.
This, plus sexual encounters with easy female employees, was a major topic of conversation at the company. A different set of three employees previously told me that they know the company uses ink and toner cartridges to ship cocaine internationally (from South America). Perhaps these type of conversations in fact are more numerous in the company that, for example, talk of weekly sales quotas.
When Italian-bred crime is not reliably stopped, the pride and eficion of using what look like underage girls who, addicted to cocaine, just barely manage to beg neighbors for help, plus an injudicious, willful and controlled, prejudiced set of attorney's, judges who end up being controlled to be too insulted to even grant an injunction of harassment.
Some of the previous closers of this company are so mal-educated, they used to simply stand in front of employees desks and talk at them continuously in their alpha-male drone way...even the pricey cartridges at Radio Shack or any office supply store are often less than half the cost of Allstate Imaging cartridges; about half of all regular street people are as interesting to talk to...
I wrote every work place employment lawyer in Tucson...two wrote back and said they could not afford to take up the case - one was Salese - and another, in fact located just across Broadway, charges $ 400 per hour for a conversation.
Anyone willing to work on contingency?
Absolutely every statute of the Civil Rights code has been violated by the Tucson office of Allstate Imaging and manager Steve Geraci. Civil Rights - it is dead in Arizona, and cannot be re-incarnated by a mere three-degreed college and university graduate. Do we all know that there is surely not a single Civil Rights lawyers who would work for honor...I mean the honor of attempting to end racism, sexism, ageism, abuse of pregnant women....I do in fact have exceptional reason to extend the time limits for this case, which I have also personally reported to the downtown office of the Tucson FBI.

RACISM: Hazed former Allstate employee Patrick Patrick was an employee who was married, had run his own cleaning business, and for reasons I will not disclose here temporarily was not driving so worked for Allstate Imaging. The absolutely diminutive, drug-taking, girl-abusing proud, phony yet reasonably well-dress Italian that abused Patrick at Allstate Imaging has been put behind bars for dealing cocaine and abusing what was originally thought of by both police and another Allstate Imaging employee as an underage girl in his apartment. Before he was put away here in Pima County, I managed to give the prosecutor damning written testimony as to his utterly racist and wicked actions. Patrick's son was near graduation at Arizona State University when he was almost killed in a car accident when hit by a female motorist near campus. It was all Patrick could do to keep from crying as he diligently, sincerely and steadily made his daily 250-300 or so calls to obtain the make and model number of each company's printer, copier or fax before he handed off the call to a sales closer. His son was in emergency care, might have died or been variously incapacitated. While, with tears in his eyes, Patrick was making his daily calls, newly favored Tucson local Michael Orcutt decided to perform a racial experiment. He went behind Patrick, looked around at the rest of us from his new and quick promotion to closer - manager Steve Geraci seemed to take a special interest in Mr. Orcutt, and spent time discussing his family ranch in Tucson. Patrick as a opener for ink and toner cartridges tended to be completely sincere and responsible with the extremely limited knowledge given to new Allstate employees regarding ink and toner cartridges: no jokes, no vanity. Because he seemed to come from a limited educational background and I have clearly witness what to me constitutes unconstitutional racism against blacks in the Pima County Superior Courts, to the typical tune of persuading a suspect who had clearly and loudly pled innocent to take a plea bargain deal, I had said as much as I could about how he might take action to recover costs and prevent the motorist from running over anyone else, as well as daily listen to how his son was recovering during our 10-15 minute breaks. My experience indicates that, though this issue is somewhat beyond the scope of the problem for most, that responsibility for so-called accidents and bad behavior is not linear to time. This means that in some data structures, the evil one endures now and in the past is not easily necessarily due to what one does...it comes around in a different way. I thought that exceptional and effective action on Patrick's part regarding his son and the circumstances could give him the real and earned goodness and inspiration not only to turn his life around but be the good man to his family that he would love and needed and wanted to be. Orcutt, conversely, had sold tools over the phone and perhaps did not like Patrick's style being so different from his, as if even the appearance of innocence and honesty - instead of being a proud, bragging, ugly nationalist, secularist and racist - offended him into wicked, evil and racist behaviors. I mean to Orcutt one in either adult and informed and "in", so that those that are young are simply ignorant and naive or in the right nationalist pride. Patrick is in a way more professional in the office and people to him are apparently human beings. Orcutt went right behind Patrick while he was on the phone and began stating derogatory things about blacks, with wicked, hateful derision and evil smirking sadism. After this wicked display had apparently no effect, he began stomping his foot loudly on the floor right behind Patrick, attempting to scare or startle him as if he might be attempting to heard a horse. "See," said Orcutt, "they (blacks) really don't do anything." Like most Allstate Imaging employees who were terminated after being abused in racist, sexist, fascist and other prejudiced and proud ways, no action was taken against the abuser by the company - despite my documented complaints to Chatsworth management. For those of you who grew up like myself with absolutely no prejudice toward any, who really know there is only the human race, there is reason to write right the wrongs that were done in the past. The evils of racism and sexism can seem non sequiter, so utterly and meaninglessly out of nowhere that the best and correct conclusions to remedy the situation are not clear. So perhaps, if you think it is the right thing to do in your personal situation, some more of you might manage to adopt another more scientific perspective and give account anyway. I have traveled to over 50 nations and have failed to noticed more life-ruining racism and evil and dysfunctional-affirming sexist and even fascism than was displayed at Allstate Imaging, plus a tendency for people to brag and give information without doing anything close to the right thing. Err on the side of documentation. Save your work carefully. On a planet that has in so many ways gone so very wrong for so long, both the evils and wickednesses of racism, hazing, goading and sadism - and the abilities and democracy to make an improved situation in any regard only come in cycles. Dear Lawrence Thank you for being brave enough to report a gross injustice in workplace America. Audiotel is not the company the public deals with for toners. Allstate Imaging Inc. is the company. The pay checks for employees are drawn on Audiotel Leasing Inc., out of Woodland Hills, CA. Allstate Imaging Inc. is headquartered in Chatsworth, California. Your complaint should be linked to 16 other ripoff reports filed by consumers, who have also complained about this company and it's business practices. The Better Business Bureau has 60 complaints against this company in the last 3 years! The company has been implicated in Federal crime, and has paid a $500,000 fine. The information on the consent decree filing is also listed on their BBB. The company has an "F" rating with them. The toner telemarketing industry is littered with less than honest business people. This particular outfit has a gift program. The customers, small to medium size companies, buy the toner, and are offered a gift card. The "bribe" is typically 5% of the order for their over-priced toners. A PA ordering $4,000 worth of toner from this company is given a $200 bribe/gift. This has been going on for years, and scam companies come and go. Allstate Imaging has been around for 10 years. I guess they are reluctant to change their name, as it is a good name, stolen from the insurance industry, and it describes what they do well, and they have lots of customers. However, their Federal crime report, growing momentum of their ripoff reports, and their unethical business practices, with regards to how they treat employees will all force this company off the scene, it's just a matter of time. So, good looking out Lawrence! Never be afraid to speak the truth. I think the 50 or so black employees working in their front room in Culver City, CA would be interested to learn of Mr. Orcutt's behavior. I worked for the company for only three days and was terminated. The old saying goes, "YOU CAN'T CHEAT AN HONEST MAN". Good luck Lawrence, and please update your report again, and correct any typo's.
