I had ordered the skin care for the cost of shipping and handling, did not read the fine print; my bank sent me an alert showing charges on my cc. I called my bank who cancelled my credit card. I called Allumiere whereby they stated I had agreed to received a monthly supply, I asked to cancel this and refund the money they had taken. After two phone calls to Allumiere they agreed to credit 50%; I refused and they said the best they could do was 70% refund. I am paying for my own stupidity, however, I am awaiting the credit at the moment, they said 7-10 days. This is a warning to others - read the fine print.
