 Worst customer service in the histry of servicing customers.  I ordered a ring on 12-07-15.  I was supposed to hav the ring no late than 12-23-15 (this was after several previous delays and excuses). As of 12-26-15, I still have not received the ring, and I cannot contact the company.  Telephone rings for 60 seconds and then cuts you off.  Emails are not answered, and their "live chat" on their website goes nowhere and you don't get a reply.  My credit card was charged weeks ago. 

I mainly dealt with Yevette, a money grubbing, responsibility shuffling, lie machine.  She is pure evil.
