Ally financial using illegal collections practices and liable for class action lawsuit:
Ally Financial has hire an offshore call center in the Philipines. They operate outside the US laws of telemarketing and the TCPA act. I personally receive threatening calls from this call center daily. I am no late on payments. I hover around the 30 day mark, but not behind. The Philipine call center hire and paid by Ally Financial call me daily, and lies. They use foul language, and some lady with jamaican accent telling me she is going to reposess my car. this is wrong, illegal and they should pay millions in a class actions as this is a $10,0000.00 fine per violation on the TCPA - not to mention they are lying and purposely doing this to get payments.

Today is November 21 and it is 9:48 AM. Someone from 8666128575 just called twice. As I did not know the number, I refrained from answering. The caller did not leave a message. I assume it is a collection agency, the question is, which one and why?

Today is October 30, 2013 and I have received a call from this number as well....twice today. I did not answer it either but did call it back from another phone. It is Ally Financial. They are calling because my soon to be ex-husband and I purchased a vehicle from them and I guess he has stopped paying on it. :0(

They call my cell phone multiple times throughout the day. Of course, I don't answer the phone. They left a message today saying it was Ally Financial and they want me to call them back right away at my earliest convenience. Their office hours are 7a-8p Central and 8a-9p Eastern. Or you can send correspondence to PO Box 380901 Bloomington, Minnesota 55438-0902. You sound absolutely brain dead on that recording, Mister. No thanks! hahahaha! I KNOW who and what my bills are, sucker!

Rude gentleman with thick accent, asking to speak with one of our employees. Asked if this was a personal business call, he said yes. I told him he would need to call the person at home, he hung up. We use this as a standard policy at our business. These teleprankers get angry when we tell them they need to call the home number. Sorry it's policy, we don't play games here.

I am investigating calls made by this number (from either Ally Financial or Nuvell Financial) to people who have no loan with them. In other words, people getting debt collection calls to the wrong person, particularly if you receive the calls on your cell phone. You're crying and whining because you don't pay your bills on time and their BILL COLLECTORS are doing their job. You signed a contract in which YOU promised to make every payment on time, everytime. BILL COLLECTORS calling for the reason of collecting from a deadbeat has nothing to do with sales solicitation calls.
Grow up and do what you said you would do. Let me save you the effort...don't bother writing back claiming "you must work for them", because I don't!
