Ally financial Ally bank This company is so fraudulent on so many levels it is ridiculous. They have collects money out of my account with out authorization. And many other issues they claim they took over for GMAC vehicle loans!! Beware of them. Las Vegas Nevada
Ally has taken money from my account without authorization. I put a large sum down on a 08 Cadillac and now exactly 5 years later, they repoed the vehicle and claim 6 payments are due!!!! Wtf??? with the large down payment and $840.00 a month for 5 years I should have 5 vehicles. I'm trying to find the BEST attorney for this issue, and I'm on a mission to f..... Them over the same way they have done to me for years. Ally bank claims the bought out GMAC. The original loan was GMAC how this f......., up company got my loan is beyond me!!!! But I will not stop until I get every dime back with interest bit...hes!!!
Please be careful this company is so fraudulent it's ridiculous!

People here forget that Ally, formerly known as GMAC, received more of a free bailout than any of us could have ever imagined to the tune of $17.4 billion of taxpayer money. Now it has its GMAC mortgage subsidiary in bankruptcy after getting all that money. Talk about a free ride, it is owned by the American taxpayer. Evidently you failed to fulfill your financial obligation as outlined in the loan agreement.

Your attorney will request that you provide evidence that you were current on your payments when the car was repossessed. It will require the skills of a very good attorney to recover your past payments and give you five free years of use of a car. Good luck with that.

The only thing that is "effed" up is this report.

- Okay so give us the details of your loan.
How much was your "large" downpayment, what was your Interest Rate, what was the unfinanced cost of the vehicle. Oh you don't remember what it was..well no worries it will be on the legally binding contract YOU signed when you agreed to the loan 5 years ago.
Then of course you have proof of all of your payments..right? You were also never late..not even once..right?
By the way where is "cort"?
