I work in the same building (for a legit company) as Boss/Alonti/whatever their name du jour is. We call them "the cult". And whenever I walk by that office, I'm tempted to get the attention of the poor souls waiting to be "interviewed" and say RUN! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN! And Boss Exec--if you guys are so great, why are you so secretive during your interviews? Every single person mentions that they were not told what they would be doing, even if they asked directly.

I currently work for Alonti International, so let me fill you in on the facts. We do three interviews, the first is just a preliminary screening, in which we eliminate a mojority of the applicants we recieve. The second interview, IS a full day job shadowing experience. We do this because we believe in being open and honest with every aspect of our business and what we do. There can be no question at the end of the day as to whether or not we revealed everything to you, you've seen it first hand. Also, we understand that our company is not a place for everyone and does not fit with every individuals goals, if thats the case with you, we've found its better to find that out before we hire you and waste both your time and our money training you. If you don't appreciate the fact that we are open about our business structure, or believe that we shouldn't give you an insider look into what we do before making a decision to accept a position, please let us know and we'll take it under consideration. The third is a very quick sit down with one of our managers, who after receiving our trainers report on your performance will ask you a few questions and make a final decision as to whether or not to offer you a position with our company.
