Merchant is advetizing on Instagram as a legitamite business but the company is scam. I ordered product a month ago and have not received. Contacted seller for refund because they have a "100% satisfaction guaranty poloicy". Well turns out that the polivy in the fine print does not apply to items on sale. Well, literally all of the products on the website are on sale so the policy is effectively NONE. Merchant is a scamartist running their sales through PayPal so the transaction cannot be cancelled through the bank if you want to dispute it.

At AlphaOutdoors we take care of all customers.
We had a problem with our customer care system and the customer care team a week ago, but we got in touch with all customers and made sure that they received a replacement for their purchase.
Our refund policy does not state anything about goods on sale that cannot be returned https://alphaoutdoors.store/pages/refund.
This person should contact customer support immediately if he has not received a replacement or refund. Further, I would request him to remove any statements that damage the reputation of the business and are not supported.
