Alta One Credit Union Alta 1 Insurance Ripoff-Scam Bakersfield California
I bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra, had insurance in place on trade in vehicle, and next day on the new truck. This was 8/28, on 9/24 Alta 1 added 9,383.00 to my loan for forced insurance. Now they are not wanting to process a full refund.

I had the same issue with them, so I will refer a couple of lawyers for you to contact. i had an excellent outcome against Alta One. These lawyers are based on contingency fees. Meaning if you loose you pay nothing, if you win they force the other party to pay. This the attorney I used:
