It is EXTREMELY important that ALL VICTIMS contact ALL authorities immediately.

Every complaint is NEEDED for authorities to see the pattern of abuse by this criminal company, and put a stop to this scam.

For YOUR protection, first:

Write a Certified letter with RETURN RECEIPT to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. This is very important because it establishes a record of your dispute. Also, call 201-865-7600 - Alyon's in New Jersey number and tell them that 'you deny all knowledge of anyone using their web site'.

Then I recommend you do the following:

12. File a complaint with AT&T since they may have helped switch your carrier without your consent (a slamming violation)

13. Your State Senators and Representatives

14. Contact your Pastor, Priest, or any other civic-minded leaders. Get their help to put this criminal company out of business. Alyon Technologies recently billed a CHURCH in South Carolina, and a CITY HALL in Oklahoma.

15. Contact your local TV station and Newspaper.

16. File a Rip-off Report. FBI, FTC, and other agencies look at Rip-off Report.com. Rip-off Report puts these agencies in touch with victims who filed a Rip-off Report.

17. Write a letter to The Whitehouse regarding Child Online safety. Refer to the President's speech:
