Son,minor - searching online - offered "free pron" - downloaded viewer that installed software that disconnected modem and dialed long distance. Now being billed for over $200. Followed dispute resoltuion instructions - company claims has tried to contact - false - no calls/emails - just bills and that we haven't responded. Sent notarized statement disputing charges. Will soon be reported to collection agency.
