Complaint Review: Alyon Technologies - Norcross Georgia

You must have given me directions for windows 95. I have XP & the more I look around the worse it gets. I found a Icon with a "E" in it that said "Internet Sex Provider" I tried to find it on the hard drive & ran into a lot of items that where put on at the same date. It seems to be in the C:\WINDOWS|EGROUP directory. What do I do with all this stuff?

01-27-03 Go to your START menu, hit FIND, type in iedisco.exe. If it comes up delete it. Then click on MY COMPUTER, DIAL-UP NETWORKING, and look for an ICON other then your normal one. I now have a bill that I received postmarked Jan 22, 203 (The first one was postmarked Jan 15, 2003) for the amount of $87.11. For the life of me I don't understand this whole thing. I remember getting a letter that got me into a Porn site that I could not get out of & finally had to turn the computer off in order to get off the site. I remember I just got the Windows XP O.S. & all sorts of warnings where flying up & as soon as I knocked one down, something else would fly up. I also now have a fly up that has a choice of my regular dialer or a minidialer , this I have no idea where it came from. But it has to be the one that has the 210 phone number on it. PLEASE HELP ME DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION (How do I get rid of the minidialer ?)

The only time I remember entering ny name & phone number, was when I was looking for a scanner driver. I have Windows XP & the scanner I have won't work on that OS, so I was looking for a download. I remember finding the driver & having to give my info. to recieve a free password so as I could download it. The driver never did work.
