This all started for me when I received a bill on October 28, 2002. Alyon Technologies are acting like a telephone company. This is based on what an AT&T service rep told me. Guinea-Bissau is a country in Africa. Yes it is a computer virus and you may have unknowingly downloaded it. I have AT&T for my long distance carrier and they are "ENABLING' Alyon Technologies. Alyon is breaking so many laws it is unbelievable. They are 'slamming' based on FCC laws. They use AT&T to connect you to a Union City, New Jersey Telephone number. Then the call is transferred to Africa with the help of criminal minded people in the Netherlands, and Madrid Spain, New Jersey and yes in Georgia. This is CORRUPT Big Business, Private Enterprise and Capitalism at work. I cannot tell you how many government agencies I have complained to, but it is now dozens. I recommend the following: 1. Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charge. Make a special point to tell them that they 'slammed' you and that alone is against the law. 2. Go to your Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter website and file a complaint http://www.in.gov/attorneygeneral/ 3. Go to the Federal Trade commissions web site and file a complaint. http://www.ftc.gov 4. Since Alyon is directly involved and they switched your telephone carrier without your permission, they violated the FCC "slamming" law. File a complaint with the FCC. http://www.fcc.gov Email: [email protected] 5. File a complaint with AT&T since Alyon is using them to perpetrate the crime. 6. I suggest you write a letter to the Mayor of Norcross, Georgia [email protected] The mayors name is Lillian Webb. Norcross website is http://www.norcross-ga-gvt.com/ 7. On your start menu hit Find and type in iedisco.exe . If it comes up DELETE it. Also the computer probably has a mini-dialer installed. Go to My Computer, then Dial-Up Networking. If you see an Icon other than the ISP they are supposed to be using such as one that says Mini-dialer, DELETE it. 8. Call Mayor Brian Stack (Union City)Mayor (201) 348-5754 . This is the city where Alyon is calling to connect to an International carrier. http://www.hudsoncountynj.org/directory/DirectoryDetail.asp?rec=409 9. Thank someone that http://www.ripoffreport.com exists. Law enforcement checks the complaints on http://www.ripoffreport.com , so authorities will most likely read your complaint here. Good Luck and post any progress.
