Amazon.com closed my store then charged me a subscription fee and is holding a refund of mine Internet
Amazon sent me an email stating that they have decided to block my account for reasons unknown. When I tried to find out they would not tell me only that 'I' needed to tell them what I did wrong and how I will fix it.
On The 14th of July 2008 they blocked my account and they also withdrew a subscription fee ( for the upcoming month) from my bank. They have refused to refund my subscription fee, stating that it is no longer something they will discuss with me. It's theirs and I can not have it back.
On July 8, 2008 a refund was made from my account erroneously to one of my buyers when I discussed getting my funds back from Amazon they refused to help and that's why they closed my account.
What I would like is for someone in Amazon's upper management to do some weeding out of the middle people and get their affairs in order. One cs doesn't have a clue what the other is doing and in my case it cost me, my store and quite a bit of money.
Amazon takes enormous commissions charge little if any shipping from the customers and then when they're though they toss you out the door.
