For more information on this policy, search on Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions in seller Help.
Note that failure to comply with our policies may result in the removal of your selling privileges.
We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for selling on Amazon.com.

As a result, they put my account into "limbo" where they can decide when to release my money. I spoke to several and the last one was today at 4:28pm Jan 29, 2013. There is nothing he can do because the so called "Performance Group" will decide whenever they will lift the "Under Seller Review" process. After writing an Appeal 2x, still nothing happened.
The supervisor informed that I should focus my effort on writing a good "Appeal" instead of getting frustrated. We went through my "Performance Matrix". They are all "green", meaning in good status.
Amazon will place any seller under review if the amount goes beyond $xxxx.xx amount. So don't try to sell more than $100 if you want your money released as soon as possible.
Amazon, you became big headed over time because of the success of your sellers for you.
They got me also, this past Monday. I am searching for help, but like you got the same BS story about only being able to email...what a crappy way to run a company.
