When searching for an adult turnkey website i have came across Ambertel or AmberProtel. After doing tons of research i decided to contact them in order to get some more info.
Herewith some extracts of the promises made by them:
From the below you can see they promise unreal returns, needless to say i am in month 8 now and have earned nothing, when demanding some answers my site which i paid 2000 pounds for has been taken down and i have been acused of spamming.

ROI varies between 3-5 months with average of 4 months depending how quickly search engines such as Google pick up and rank your online webstore, after that earning should multiply in size and quickly exceed the £100 per week mark for each of it's 10 businesses.
Unfortunately income is taxable in the country that you live in no matter how and where you earn it although there are 2 ways to get around this:
1) is by having an offshore business but that can be very expensive with high running costs.
2) something that we will introduce you to after your earnings are high enough although for now it is better to start by having them paid into your personal bank account.
I do understand your exchange rate delemma but at present most of the world is suffering one way or another when exporting or importing money.

The 3rd and final installment of £1000 will be payable in 12 months and you will be sent an invoice from us in regards to making payment at that time.
Earning are normally well in excess of £3000 within 6 months.

When I asked them for a report of progress i get the answer that they do not provide reports, how awesome, i also got heavy again and was greeted with the following reply from them after founding that they lied on their site as they promise you a unique site as was stated in their t&c's and when i complained about it the t&c's got changed magically!

I just wish to enquire with regard to this statement on your site that my site wil not be a copy of someone elses site, and that you do not use templates...and then i came across sexanfun.com which is an exact duplicate of ultimatesexstop.com ?
I was really dissapointed to see that only the name has been changed.

We do not use templates and try to avoid duplication however there will be times when we run a small series of latest design sites that may cross over with another site on content however you must understand that there are a limited amount of products within a range, ie: drugstore, there's only one viagra, sextoys are sextoys, casino is casino and so on.
We can offer you a change in xxxd content should you wish something different to display.

I think you are under the wrong impression as we do not produce templates however we clearly state in the terms and conditions on our website that sites may not be totally unique, it seems you have read it wrong as each design series is unique:
11) Content for websites is determined by ‘Amber Pro Web’ unless otherwise agreed by ‘the partner’. We use only top quality content but please bear in mind that there is only so much of it available but we will try to vary it against other partners sites as much as possible. For example: Viagra is Viagra, Sextoys are Sextoys, Casino is Casino, Fetish is Fetish and Gay is Gay.
12) ‘Amber Pro Web’ agrees to update 'the partners' website, in appearance and content and without charge should it be thought to be required. Members content will be updated or changed on a daily basis, new services and products will be added to your website without notice. Other changes such as new looks to parts of the website will also be carried out without notice and it is understood that the sitedesign may not be totally unique
Having said this we equally want a good relationship with you therefore I will return your site to the programming department in order to make some changes but please let me know before we do this if you require any modification to content niches.

I think i understood quite clearly, please have a look at below and advise what you understand: as for the content that i can understand that the casino is a casino etc... Now please have a look at the other screenshots and tell me how that is not a copy...Looks like a perfect copy to me... totally unique and total copy are not the same thing? There are also other sites i found earlier with the same... Can forward you screenshots if you want.
I would prefer if you could have some content niches changed, and to be honest it is quite difficult to know the site was just copied from a previous design when i took your words below in good faith and did not even think of checking it out, if i did not find the other site by mistake i would have never known.
I also came across a post where the person involved bought the same package and never earned a dime and did not have money to pay the balance after 12 months so "naturally" the guarantee was voided. Honestly i have put in a lot of my time already getting visitors and building links and would appreciate your honest remark on the following.
Am i heading the same way? I am not worried about the balance to be paid, i just need to know if i should rather stop wasting my time and effort on something that might never work.
Thanks for the help, i would appreciate your soonest reply as i need to know what my next steps will be.
Needless to say when i started demanding answers again over the weekend they decdided to take my site down accusing me of spamming when in fact i never did anything as they were supposed to do the marketing!

John Amber is a scammer and will always be, if go check their site on the wayback machine you will find they offered a gaurantee of earnings since i started reporting them they took it off their site LOL!
THey also said they would provide me with a report showing my spamming which to this day i have not received another LOL!
Then i did threaten them etc, and all the emails are true, go check how many payment providers they had in the past, paypal, transferwise, then i reported them there and now they are using a Santander bank account! LOL!
John if you had any back bone you would have called me or responded to one of my many emails requesting the report where i was scamming!!! Strange though you only started with the accusations after i was requesting why none of your promises came true!

I don't usually reply to such reports but in this case I feel some justification is required.
I'm not surprised at this report and no doubt he has done similar elsewhere as he has threatened us with on several occasions after we had found him spamming his website to the internet using fake traffic.
I also see that he has omitted most of our correspondence and the lengths we went to in order to support him but there are times no matter how hard you try, you cannot help someone who won't help themselves.
The business package he put a deposit on but never fully paid for is just like any other business, it requires input from the owner which was not forth coming in his case.
After many emails to him with offers of help, he carried on in his own sweet way and started spamming. We could no longer allow his website on our servers as it risk us also being penalized but even after that he has had the opportunity to move it to another server but has decided to go down this route.
