America Online ripoff ripoff fraud business Internet
OK we have a new computer, it was suposed to have 6 months of free aol. Well 3 months after getting new computer the credit card gets billed for 21.95.
I have called an canceled they tried to get me to stay with them. I will not do it. I have charter pipline high speed internet, I was just using the aol because it came with the computer.
The person I talked to at aol named ed was quite rude, and kept trying to talke me into staying, even offered me 3 free months. I told him I did not want 3 free months as I was already suposed to have 6 free months and was not gettting it.
Aol is the worst thing ever, and it slowes your machine down. I am deinstalling aol forever. I hate aol.
I see why so many people leave them, all the lies about free service when you get new computer. Not to mention the bad customer service.
