americalovesdogs.com Beverly Gun-Munro, savearescue.org Bounced check, said would not pay becuase she was a "TV broadcaster" who "knows Oprah" Santa Monica, California
Beverly Gun-Munro and AmericaLovesDogs.com contracted with us to design a website.
She said she had money issues and asked if we would take the payment of $2500 in two payments. She gave us a check for $1250
That check bounced. She called and said that she had to "back out" but we had already started the project, and her check had bounced.
She agreed to continue and make good, but asked if she could pay the second half of her fee after the site was done. We conceded to that.
When we tried to get the check covered, she changed her tune again and said that we would never get it, that we must be "pathetic" if we needed her $1200 (even though we already STARTED the work and had put labor into it) and that she was a "TV personality and broadcaster that "knows Oprah" and that we would never get it, that we must be "pathetic" if we needed her $1200 (even though we already STARTED the work and had put labor into it) and that she was a "TV personality and broadcaster that "knows Oprah" and that we would never win and it would be cheaper to just live with it.
