American Automotive Equipment I think we may have been Scammed , Internet

Well after reading this I am pretty scared. I ordered a Tire Changer and a Balancer from this company. The Owner took the order and seemed friendly and polite. After he took the order he guaranteed our shipment would be here in 2 weeks. He told us he would email us a receipt of payment. He did email this receipt after 3 days of calling of which most of the calls went unanwsered. Our 2 weeks is tomorrow and when we called the shipping department to find out why we have not heard from the trucking company or received any emails for our tracking number, they told us that they cannot find our order and say they will call us back in 15 minutes, or they keep us on hold long enough for us to give up and hang up. Of course nobody calls us back. We are getting worried that we got ripped off and we will not see any equipment. Our business cannot function without this equipment and if we do not receive the shipment as promised we will be out of business.  As it stands we are still trying to contact the owner for information with NO success.  If anyone is thinking of ordering from this company DON'T....

     Shortly after posting this report, Charles called and apologized for the misunderstanding and advised me that they were having a problem with their phone system. He reassured me that my equipment would be sent out promptly.  We received the equipment approximately 10 days later.  We upacked the equipment and put it together and everything we ordered was there. The equipment is now operating and working great!
