I saved and saved to get a scond car since my old one is falling apart. I got a great tax return and went car shopping. Daughter didn't want one of the lesser cars that all had problrms so we went to American Car Center to browse. With a little fiddling with the numbers, they got me qualified for a new car. It was a 2014 but new for us. Low milage. I had $4500 down so payments were $189 every 2 weeks. Tight but doable. $17,000- 4500= just a little over 12500 to finance. Payments are $199.99/2 times a month for 99 payments.... So over 22,000 total. With this they did not include the down payment at all. Finance amount would ve 12000, at 51%!!!! They had the dates wrong and when it came time to make first layment, i had no loan number nor address to snd it. Had to vall Memphis to get it. Payments are not $189 but $199, fee to pay cash, fee to use money order, fee to pay online. More fees after fees. I called month 3 about the dates. Oh, yes it has been fixed. Dates were shifted. Month 9... Collections kept sending me messages and calling me. I called again...same thing. I was assured dates were fixed. I am getting aawyer. I want out of this madness... Or ripoff company. I demanded this last change in writing to ykae to a lawyer. Never recommend this oppprtunitistic company preying on those who need a hand. These frauds take and take just to cause problems. Run. Never use these people who can't even use a calculator... And then say, "Well, you signed it!"
