Heather Smith said she was trying to earn money for college in July 2009.
I ordered a Weight Watchers Magazine subscription for two years at a total cost of $51.00.
Delivery wasn't supposed to start for apprximately 4 months.I totally forgot until now as I was cleaning out my desk.
I have received no magazines nor any communication from anyone.
