American Credit And Collections Thieves & Liars SCRANTON Pennsylvania
I was contacted in May 2007 by the company and they claimed they could settle my debt and lift the garnishment from my paychecks if I paid them. I should have been smarter and done more research before I gave them $6,175 that it seems I will NEVER GET BACK. I hired a lawyer and spent about another $1500 and got no where. The lawyer needed more money to pursue and unfortunately I did not have it.
I am at a loss as to what to do. This company needs to be stopped, they are evil. I have to do more research and see what other options I have that I would have to pursue on my owe due to lack of funds to hire anyone else to do it. I would gladly be involved w/ a class action lawsuit if anyone is filing.
