Don't be such an a*s dude. There are complaints about you all over the internet. Are you going to take them all to Broward County "curcuit" court? You're blacklisted...with good reason. Why don't you clean up your act instead of threatening lawsuits?

Beth Job# 3854 Lot ZZ0182 Green From: Hunters Circle Schaumburg, IL 60193 To: Fairway Island Orlando, FL Miss Beth's quote was based on weight not on cubic feet. The weight Miss Rion had contracted for was 2996lbs and she was charges according to the House Hold Goods Relocation Tariff 400-M Section 3. Here is Miss Rions breake down of costs related to her move 2996 lbs @ 1220.2 miles equals $3996.00 .625% discount $1498.00 total transportation charge, a fuel surcharge of $75.00, 3.5 flights of stairs @ $1.70 per cwt $77.00 you will see the stairs were also discounted, and an extra stop charge of $50.00 for a grand total of $1700.00 As far as the accusation of over charge or charging for things that were not to be charged for their is no evidence. Miss Rion did not purchase an expidited delivery or a guaranteed delivery she purchased a discount move with spred dates 7 to 10 days. Miss Rion was picked up on 6-30-2003 and delivered on 7-12-2003 that's 12 days due to defense force majors the shippment would have arrived to her on 7-8-2003. As of today American Eagle Van Lines has not received a claim form for Miss Rion's alleged damage and or loss. A number of claim forms have been mailed, American Eagle Van Lines will send yet another Claim form out today. American Eagle Van Lines can not process a claim until we receive the complete notarized claim form. As for the unsubstantiated accusation of pilferage American Eagle Van Lines unequivocally denies any and all wrong doing and challenges Beth Rion to come forward with evidence to substantiate this claim. Due to the strong print used in this public fourm, Writer may be liable, in Broward County, curcuit court. American Eagle Van Lines would like to invite any and all to verify the HHG 400-M Tariff in our office.

Applicable Transportation Charges- The charges a mover assesses for its services must be contained in a published tariff and the tariff must be made available to prospective shippers upon request. A carrier cannot assess a rate lawfully that is not contained in its tariff. If you feel that the mover has overcharged you, you can call me at (202)565-1578 to obtain assistance with requesting a review of the charges assessed by the mover, and which were paid by you at the time of delivery of your shipment. Also, I will provide you with some guidance on processing your claim. Larry Herzig Surface Transportation Board E-mail- [email protected]
